• January 22-25, 2009 - Join Lisa Bilodeau in Las Vegas at the Karl Parker Seminars. Lisa will be presenting "Chiropractic 101 for CAs by CAs" with Sherry Hodge, "Collection Essentials" and "Coding & Clean Claims; ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS" and "Medicare".

• "California Medicare Part B" Webinar - This previously recorded webinar package is available for purchase NOW. This package includes the CD presentation and handouts and a CD with other important documents.

• New training DVD - Our new "Systems for Building a Successful Practice" training DVD will be available for purchase in early 2009. The DVD training package will include seminar handouts and actual footage with CA trainer Sherry Hodge demonstrating front desk procedures and proper usage of her "Scripts for Success."

• Upcoming Webinars - The "Intensive Billing and Collections for 2009" will be offered as a series of webinars beginning at the end of January. These webinars will be offered live and you can take them in the convenience of your home or office. All you need is a computer to view the power point presentation and a telephone to hear the audio portion.
